1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Toomelah (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
The Service is a private workspace for recording shifts, mileage, invoices and related business records. Access is by invitation only, and your account is personal to you and must not be shared.
3. Your records
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you submit. Records approved through the Service form the basis of invoices and reports, so submit honest and accurate information.
4. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or suspend the Service at any time.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
